Veterans Day
On Veterans Day, we honor the brave individuals from all walks of life who stepped forward to defend our nation throughout our history. Veterans Day also offers an occasion to gather at the National Museum of the United States Army and recognize those who have served.
Join us on Nov. 11, 2024, and throughout the weekend, for special visitor activities. Museum admission and public programs are free.
This is the last weekend for the special exhibit, “D-DAY: FREEDOM FROM ABOVE.” Experience the D-Day invasion through the eyes of U.S. Army paratroopers using augmented reality and see the only four Medals of Honor awarded for heroic actions performed on June 6, 1944 – on display together for the first time.
