Rooted firmly in the Museum’s collections, education program elements are designed with the goal of creating unique, relevant and engaging experiences for our visitors. The Museum places a special emphasis on educational themes related to Army values, history and innovation. Just as admission to the Museum is free, there is no charge to participate in the Museum’s educational programming.
Education programs at the Museum align our innovative and experiential spaces with widely recognized curriculum. Through an interdisciplinary approach, students will make connections across subjects and recognizes themes tied to our galleries.
Our K-12 programs are free, standards-based and grade-and-ability-level specific. The Museum offers several field trip experiences for elementary, middle, high school, homeschoolers and Junior ROTC programs.
The Museum’s education programming consists of events designed for community and family learning, enjoyment and entertainment. We present some events as a series, while others are stand-alone. Education programs are free, and open to visitors of all ages.

Experiential Learning Center
From traditional curriculum to self-guided activities for classroom or home, the Museum will continue to shape virtual learning assets for visitors of all ages over time. Our virtual resource library is in its early stages with curated content being added each month to include FREE resources and activities to support a range of subjects and age groups.
